Casey's Garden Shop & Florist
serving Bloomington/Normal and the surrounding area since 1949.
There has been a Casey's on the corner of North Main and Kelsey streets in Bloomington, Illinois since 1949. Founder Elden "Casey" Casebeer began operations as a neighborhood grocery store, Casey's Market Basket. Mr. Casebeer added a garden shop in 1962, just across the parking lot, and the rest, as they say, is history! Casey's was inducted into the Route 66 Hall of Fame of Illinois on June 12, 1999. In April of 2021 Kelsey Grindle and Derek Durdle took possession of Casey’s Garden Shop. With their years of experience as part of the Casey’s family, their enthusiasm, and intelligence, Kelsey and Derek are extremely thankful for the opportunity to continue the shop’s legacy in the community they love.
